For our busy brides you may want to go With the GOLD PACKAGE, we will do all the planning for you. You can be involved in the planning process as much or as little as you want. This will allow you to enjoy your engagement knowing all the work is being done for you.



PLATINUM PACKAGE

Day of Coordination

You've picked the venue, hired the vendors and now you’re ready to walk down the aisle stress-free and blissfully happy leaving the details to someone else. This is the perfect package for the couple who can take their plans and execute the day just as you've planned. This package is your solution to a memorable day. Not only will we have 2 planning meetings, but we will also coordinate the ceremony and oversee the entire reception from start to finish.

PLANNING

Provide unlimited planning support via phone and email for all wedding planning related questions

(2) consultation/planning meetings (Timeline meeting, 2 Week Wrap-up / Final Review)

Provide vendor referrals to best suit style and budget

Planning checklist for last 30 days prior to the event

Receive all vendor information 30 days prior to the wedding

Provide emergency resolutions for the last 30 days prior to the wedding

Assistance in designing ceremony and reception floor plan and layout to include personal decor

Assess planning arrangements to identifying deficiencies to assist in completing pending tasks

Act as point-of-contact for all wedding vendors beginning the 30 days prior to the wedding

Create a personalized timeline for ceremony and reception

Perform all vendor confirmations and discuss logistics details prior to the wedding

Collect personal items related to ceremony & reception (Guest book, portrait, toasting flutes, etc..)

Conduct rehearsal and organize the wedding party (1 Hour duration)**

WEDDING DAY

Wedding day coverage of one lead consultant (up to 8 hours)

Manage the resolution of any unexpected emergencies throughout the entire wedding day

Act as point of contact for family, bridal party and wedding guests who may have questions

Set-up personal décor items at the ceremony; DIY items may require special attention

Coordinate the completion of the pre-ceremony and post ceremony photographs

Greeting guest and directing them to the ceremony and reception areas

Management of all wedding day vendors

Supervise set-up of all unique décor items, event rental items for the ceremony and reception

Cue the bridal party through the ceremony processional

Manage the timing and execution of the wedding day events at the ceremony and reception

Pin on boutonnieres and distribute wedding party bouquets.

Manage the timing and execution of photography session immediately following the ceremony

Transport any ceremony items from the ceremony location to the reception site

Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors on the event day

Coordinate the DJ or band to execute the correct music selection and MC announcements

Distribute toss items for the grand exit

POST WEDDING

Ensure that gifts are loaded and prepared for transportation

Repackage all personal décor items and given to a predetermined family member or friend

Coordinate break-down of the event (including the re-packaging of décor items)

Non-refundable retainer of $250 due at the time of contract)

**If venue location is more than 20 miles from 77067 there is an additional charge of $50.00 for rehearsal**



If you have already decided on a ceremony and reception location, can find a dress on your own, and have already picked a few vendors, but need a little help making your vision become a reality, the partial planning and coordination services. Let us help wrap things up and relieve your stress while ensuring all of the details are covered.

SILVER PACKAGE

Pre-Wedding

Establish a “To Do” list to guide the couple in planning their wedding

Unlimited emails and phone calls

Provide etiquette advice

Research and make vendor suggestions

Schedule vendor meetings

Attend up to 6 vendor meetings upon consultant availability*

Keep track and send reminders of when payments are due.

Create comprehensive timelines of the ceremony and reception

Provide timeline to vendors, appropriate family members, and members of the bridal party

Plan ceremony (including seating, processional, and recessional)

Manage vendors once hired/selected

Confirm all vendors (delivery times, items being delivered, etc) the week prior to the wedding

Attend final walk-thru meeting with the reception venue

Transport all personal items to ceremony and reception venue (guest book, toasting glasses, etc)

Wedding Weekend

Present at rehearsal to ensure it flows smoothly and to answer any questions

Will conduct the rehearsal in the absence of an on-site/church coordinator

Present entire wedding day

Coordinate all dynamic facets of your day into a seamless and Polished event: vendor management, attend to guests needs & inquiries, facilitate solutions to unexpected challenging situations that may arise, etc.

Assist bride and groom as required throughout the wedding day

Oversee all wedding day deliveries

Ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated

Assist with snacks and beverages for the bridal party

Organize and distribute of all personal flowers

Direct the wedding party so they are in the proper place at the proper time

Provide wedding emergency kit

Deliver payment to vendors requiring payment the day of the wedding

Line up groomsmen and bridesmaids

Fix all dresses prior to walking down the aisle

Transport all personal items from ceremony to reception

Coordinate events and announcements throughout the reception

Organize the bridal party and guests for the Grand Entrance and Exit

Collect gifts, toasting flutes, cake cutter, guest book or sign in, unity candle & pictures and ensure they reach the proper vehicle or on-site hotel room

Handle all last minute needs

Price: $1000.00

GOLD PACKAGE

PLANNING

Conduct on-going planning meetings as necessary to plan your event, evaluate and update on progress

Unlimited contact by phone or e-mail between the hours of 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Establish and manage planning timeline with periodic updates

On-going reminders to the Bride and Groom for personal items related to the wedding

Budget Management – establish and manage the budget with creative suggestions to find ways to maximize your budget on specific limitations and how they might impact your event

Track and coordinate vendor payments and payment due dates

Create and manage couple’s website through Wedding Wire or The Knot

Provide etiquette advice and coaching on issues as they arise

Development of your wedding theme/style based on your personal taste

Define color palette

Develop unique personal touches

Create spatial layout design

Development of décor design through event components

Coordinate selection of rental items to enhance décor design

Scout/research venue locations and vendors to fit your style and budget

Schedule vendor meetings coordinating the Bride and Groom’s schedule

Attend vendor meetings (up to 3 vendors per category)

Review all vendor contracts to assist in finalizing the details, negotiate prices and assist in resolving any questions

Act as liaison between bride and groom and the vendors after the contract is signed

Guidance on resources for vows, music selections, speeches and obtaining a marriage license

Identify out-of-town guest hotel accommodations along with negotiating room block rates (Up to 2 hotels)

Coordinate out-of-town guest hotel room reservations and travel arrangements

Coordinate the transportation arrangements for out-of-town guests

Manage the selection/design of the wedding stationary; save-the-dates, invitations, welcome packets, programs and escort cards

Oversee the design and assembly favors, programs, escort cards, welcome baskets and favors

Attend planning vendor meetings to oversee the on-going design details

Assist with selecting bridal attire and accessories (Up to 3 boutique visits)

Assist in the selection of a dress seamstress (if applicable and desired)

Assemble the Save-the-Dates, Invitations and Announcements

Oversee the mailing of wedding Save-the-Dates, Invitations and Announcements

PRE-WEDDING

Coordinate the delivery of the dress and bouquet for the bridal portraits (Within the Houston Metro area)

Provide 6 hours of miscellaneous errand service (Within the 15 miles from Houston Northwest area (Spring/Cypress/Willowbrook/Tomball) time is included)

Attend vendor meetings to make final selections and resolve remaining details (Florist/decorator, caterer, entertainment and rental company)

Confirm all contract details with miscellaneous vendors via phone or email 10-14 day prior to the event (Transportation, ceremony music, hair & tmake-up artist, cake baker and officiant, etc..)

Act as point-of-contact for wedding party throughout the final planning stages

Conduct phones calls to confirm guests attendance for those whom have not RSVP’ed (up to 20 guests, 2 emails and 1 phone call per guest)

Assembly of the welcome packets (bride to provide items or reimburse for items)

Delivery of welcome packets to out-of-town guests hotels (Up to 3 hotels within 15 miles from Reception)

Since everyone has different needs, we offer pricing for the more unique and individual options apart from our packages. This way, you won’t pay for something that you don’t need, while still having the option of having us take care of it for you!  Each of the services listed below can be added onto any package you choose, or can be purchased alone.

Additional meetings, vendor visits, décor, errands, miscellaneous items, etc. $50/hr.
